What is The History of Zamboanga del Sur?

Photo from zamboanga.com

Just this morning, I wonder on what is the history of Zamboanga del Sur. One reason of this is rise of Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL). I just only hear rumors that BBL wants to rule the whole Mindanao and Palawan, (correct me of I am wrong) of course when we say whole Mindanao it points on Zamboanga del Sur whom where I live. I did not yet get the exact reason behind. I need to ask, read and research more about this and also I want to know the history as a basis of my own decision. Since they where claiming and others will too. I know that you know what I mean. I think it needs time to understand specially the situation here in Mindanao. Which we hear and see over news about wars, extortions and bombings. We might ask who are the person behind to this? And why they love killing. I understand that they are fighting for their own ideology, they need attention from the government, if the government does not hear them, they will do fullest things which resulted to die innocent people.

So now, I only want to share the history of my beloved place. I just want to credit this to the writer of zamboangadelsur.com. Thank you.

The History of Zamboanga del Sur

Like some of the places and cities found in the Philippines (and in Southeast Asia), Zamboanga del Sur was, for the most part, built slowly upon the foundations of various migrants and settlers; it wasn’t a settlement built by one tribe which later expanded. The name Zamboanga itself came from the Malayan word “Jambangan”, meaning a place of flowers. The very first settlers of the area which would ultimately be known as Zamboanga del Sur were known as the Subanons or Subanens, whose name literally means “river folks”. They settled on the riverbanks and almost all were farmers who practiced the “slash and burn” method of agriculture. It wasn’t long afterwards, though, that they were joined by the Muslim immigrants who came in from neighboring towns, with some coming from as far away as Malaysia. The Muslims were broken down into groups depending from where they came, and their professions were also different: the Maguindanaoans and Kalibugans were mostly farmers by trade; the Tausugs, Badjaos, and Samals were fishermen, and finally, the Maranaos were traders and artisans. A major occupation for the Muslims, however, was mat weaving, which is still very much practiced today. During the following years, more and more people from nearby provinces migrated to the area. Most came from Visayas, namely, Cebu, Negros, and Bohol. Together, these people helped form Zamboanga del Sur into the vibrant province it is known today.

When the Moro Province was established, composing of five districts (Cotabato, Davao, Sulu, Zamboanga, and Lanao), Zamboanga became its capital. When the five districts became individual provinces in 1940, Zamboanga City became the capital of Zamboanga province. After World War II, the capital was transferred to Dipolog and Molave became the provincial capital of Zamboanga when Republic Act 286 was passed on June 16, 1948.
On September 15, 1952, by virtue of Republic Act 711, Zamboanga province, which encompassed the entire peninsula in the southwestern Mindanao, was split into two, with Zamboanga del Sur being one of the half. Zamboanga del Sur became the 52nd province in the Philippines, originally having 11 towns which were later broken down into 42 municipalities and one city, Pagadian. Pagadian City also became Zamboanga del Sur’s capital.

What Happen to Porn Addicts?

Let us discuss now about individuals that porn addicts. Most specially to males that are porn addicts, they enjoy watching it and even getting some ideas on how to it later :). Normally men are aggressive, if the man is not aggressive then there is something wrong with it. Watching porn movies will trigger to extreme feeling or imagination, yet most of the men got addict.

A new British study finds that addiction to pornography leads to similar brain activity patterns found in alcohol and drug addicts.
Researchers from Cambridge University found that MRI scans of 19 addictive pornography users showed that the reward centers of the brain reacted to explicit images in a similar way that an alcoholic might respond to liquor or beer advertisements.

"We found greater activity in an area of the brain called the ventral striatum, which is a reward center, involved in processing reward, motivation and pleasure," lead scientist Dr. Valerie Voon told the Sunday Times in the UK.

"When an alcoholic sees an ad for a drink, their brain will light up in a certain way and they will be stimulated in a certain way. We are seeing this same kind of activity in users of pornography."

The study is yet to be published, but UK viewers can see it featured in a Channel 4 documentary titled "Porn on the Brain," airing 10pm on September 30.

Preliminary findings in a separate study from the University of Sydney find that porn addiction is on the rise, due to the ease of access via the internet and other new technologies, researchers say.

Zamboanga del Sur - Where to Invest Properties

Today, we all know the used of internet in communication and most specially in running a business. Internet helps a lot specially if the business covers the whole world. Doing business online eliminate monthly heartaches. I am talking about monthly bills like electricity, space for rent, salary to employees and more. As I read on newspapers and even watching televisions, I noticed more people having success in their online businesses.

Here in Zamboanga del Sur, I found a website that sells properties online. In this website we see pictures and complete details of properties displayed by categories. It will helps a lot to all Zambosurians abroad who wants to invest properties in their municipalities. Also, that they have Facebook fan page and Facebook accounts. Not all, but most of us have Facebook accounts in order to easily communicate our love ones for free. There in Facebook we can put pictures and videos so that our families and friends see how things happen to us. The Zamboanga del Sur Properties use Facebook also as one of their medium of advertisement to all properties that they have listed. Kudus to them...

Me and of course the Filipino's have almost crack their minds thinking on the non sense things happen in Philippines.

Now, many people asking who is the man behind the war in Zamboanga City today, does it Nur Misuari? We remember that Nur Misuari is the leader of the MNLF group and it is 100% confirm that the rebels taking hostage in Zamboanga City are member of MNLF.

How to Jailbreak Your iPhone, iPod, or iPad - Yahoo News

I just read this article in yahoo news. This article bombarded with many comments blaming yahoo on promoting piracy, some said yahoo and apple have deep conflict. I do not know what is the reason behind and what is the purpose of yahoo. This is not about news, I think this is a tutorial of how to break one company. If ever Apple notice this, what maybe their reaction?

In case this article deleted by yahoo, at least also I have a copy and maybe you (the reader) can benefit this post. I want to try jail-breaking my iPhone but I afraid of maybe loosing my privacy. Some said that jail-breaking is giving a way to all hackers. Hackers can't hack me because I have nothing to.:)

By the way, I would like to remind if you wish to try this jail-breaking technique. I want you to know that - PROCEED YOUR OWN RISK.

If you own at least one iPhone, iPod, or iPad, then you've probably come across the curious act known as jailbreaking.

In geek terms, jailbreaking something is the process of exploiting a bug or system flaw on an iDevice to eliminate Apple-imposed restrictions and gain privileged access. In other words, you get access to resources that would be otherwise unavailable on your stock Apple product.
Heck, jailbreaking even allows you to completely change the way your iDevice looks and functions and make it more like—dare we say it—an Android.
Obviously, the biggest tradeoff to any jailbreak method is that it voids your warranty from Apple, which means the company—and by extension, the store you bought your iDevice from—are no longer obliged to uphold any warranty claim, much less repair your hardware if it ends up being a very expensive paperweight.
It may also lead to performance issues, but this one's more of a consequence to pulling the trigger on apps, extensions, or themes too quickly without waiting for feedback first.
If all of this sounds compelling and reasonable to you, then you may want to stick around as we guide you through the process of liberating your iOS device from Apple's ironhanded constraints with the help of Evasi0n, our jailbreak software of choice.
The latest version of Evasi0n is compatible with iPhone, iPod, and iPad models running iOS versions 6.0 through 6.1.2.
Before going any further, we highly suggest that you do three things to make your jailbreaking experience as problem-free as possible:
1. If you're using a Windows-based machine, download and install Apple iTunes. Back up your iPhone, iPod, or iPad using the said software (you'll also need it to jailbreak your iOS hardware, anyway). Alternatively, you can use iCloud to back up your device;
2. Temporarily disable your hardware's passcode lock; and
3. Refrain from using both your device and iTunes while Evasi0n is running, unless told otherwise.
With that out of the way, let's proceed to jailbreaking your iOS hardware.
1. Connect your device to your desktop or laptop via a USB cable.

2. Download Evasi0n here: http://evasi0n.com. Run the software and click the "Jailbreak" button.

3. The whole process takes about 5 minutes to complete. Midway through the jailbreak, it will ask you to unlock your device and tap the "Jailbreak" shortcut on your home screen. Do exactly that.

4. Evasi0n will continue jailbreaking your hardware. When it's done, hit the "Exit" button.

5. Unlock your device again. This time, tap the freshly installed Cydia app on your home screen. Cydia lets you find and install software packages and tweaks on your iOS hardware. Its initial run may take some time, so be patient. After Cydia completes the initialization process, you'll be sent back to the home screen.

6. Re-launch Cydia and choose the "Hacker" filter so as not to hide some Cydia tweaks from being shown.

That's it! Enjoy your jailbroken iDevice!
